Sports Massage Therapy (1 Hour)
Service Description
Sports Massage Therapy sessions are 60 minutes of massage and 10 - 15 minutes of assessment and problem solving. These sessions are focused on assessing your existing posture and tailoring a treatment plan and exercise plan to your individual needs, working directly around the affected area but more importantly identifying possible causes.
Cancellation Policy
Treatments - if you do not show up for treatment without notice the full amount of the treatment is due unless there have been exceptional circumstances of course. If 24 hours notice is provided only 50% of the treatment price. If over 24 hours notice is provided no charge is due. Once the classes have been paid for they are non refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances however we will always try to ensure you can put the fees towards another treatment or transfer the classes to a later time in the year, or if you prefer to use the funds to come for a one to one if this would better suit you.
