Service Description
Reformer Pilates Personalized session is perfect for someone new to reformer or with specific structural and or functional issues with their posture or back as you will learn how to adjust the exercises accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
Treatments - if you do not show up for treatment without notice the full amount of the treatment is due unless there have been exceptional circumstances of course. If 24 hours notice is provided only 50% of the treatment price. If over 24 hours notice is provided no charge is due. Once the classes have been paid for they are non refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances however we will always try to ensure you can put the fees towards another treatment or transfer the classes to a later time in the year, or if you prefer to use the funds to come for a one to one if this would better suit you.
