Experience the best of both worlds in this fusion class that combines the meditative stretch of Yoga with the core-strengthening power of Pilates. This session aims to improve flexibility, posture, and muscle tone while promoting mental clarity.

Cancellation Policy
Treatments - if you do not show up for treatment without notice the full amount of the treatment is due unless there have been exceptional circumstances of course. If 24 hours notice is provided only 50% of the treatment price. If over 24 hours notice is provided no charge is due. Once the classes have been paid for they are non refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances however we will always try to ensure you can put the fees towards another treatment or transfer the classes to a later time in the year, or if you prefer to use the funds to come for a one to one if this would better suit you.
